The final, camera ready paper (maximum of 5 pages) must be submitted through EDAS. Please note a paper will only be presented at the conference and published in the proceedings if the following steps are completed: 1. The camera-ready paper has been uploaded. 2. The copyright of papers has been transferred to the IEEE. 3. At least one of the authors has registered for the conference and paid the appropriate registration fee.

At least one of the authors of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference and present the paper at the conference. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Doctoral Workshop

The Doctoral Workshop is a more interactive session than a regular conference paper presentation, with a panel of experienced mentors from academia and industry providing specific advice for improvement on the author’s paper and presentation style, as well as broader advice on which research direction to pursue for a successful PhD and onward career trajectory. PhD students are invited to present their research work in this Workshop. Instructions to apply here. The best papers will be selected to participate in this workshop scheduled for September 7th.

Young Professionals 1-day short course

There will be a special 1-day-short-course for Young Professionals. All participants that graduated within the last ten years are very welcome to apply for this event scheduled for the first day of the Conference, on Sunday September 7th. More detailed information is available here.
