Instructions to Authors

Authors are required to submit an extended abstract (maximum of 2 pages) for each paper to EDAS. A notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent to each author.

The final, camera ready paper (maximum of 5 pages) must be submitted to EDAS.

At least one of the authors of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference and present the paper at the conference. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Final Submission of Accepted Papers

If your paper has been accepted for presentation at ICCE-Berlin, please consider the comments by the reviewers and upload the final version of your paper via EDAS by July 7, 2011. In contrast to the initial abstract submission, the camera ready version may be extended up to 5 pages. For formatting use the templates below.

Only PDF documents will be accepted. To make sure your pdf is IEEE compliant, please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information. You will need the Conference ID which is: ICCE11x
